Rare Police Hat

Hey!
I haven't done my homework yet, so I'm just finding a quick while to post.
Did you check out the new page yet? I will be finishing the story today, it's just a place for me to share my ideas and views with you, hopefully you will enjoy it!
Today's monday, so it's rare item Monday! Before checking the stores, I will put down some extremely unlikely guesses:

  1. Land or Ocean? Ocean
  2. Member or Non member? Non member
  3. Clothing or furniture? Furniture
  4. Colour: Er... PURPLE! :3
  5. Price 100-600 gems (That's cheapo, for a RIM)
-Checks stores-
Ooh!
It's land, non member, clothing, purple, colourful and between 100-600 gems! That gives me... 3/5 marks xD
I'm not a genius when it comes to guessing RIMs :3
Anyway, today is Item Monday, so as promised...
Today we will be focusing on this thing...

Recognise it? No? I'm not surprised. Recognise it? Good. I see you've done your research.
This is a Skully. It was the First ever tail item for 10 gems and was sold during beta. However, this item was deleted. This means they don't exist. So now, the cheapest EXISTING item was the RC car, for 10 gems also. I think one or two items also shares this title. Anyway... wanna know why they were deleted? I would assume. 
Theories put down:
  • Accidentally deleted
  • They glitched the game
  • Skulls were too violent for the beta testers.
My opinion why they are wrong:
  • If they were accidentally deleted, AJHQ would realise and bring them back at some point.
  • If they glitched the game, I'm sure AJHQ would be capable to fix it and bring them back within 3 YEARS.
  • Why do they have skull helmets, necklaces,suits etc? And why is there a crocodile plushie with a knife? And what about Slingshots, bows and arrows and pirate swords?
THE REAL REASON:
They looked inappropriate on Pandas.... they looked like... well... just imagine it... -twitches uncomfortably- NO. DON'T ASK ME HOW I CAME UP WITH THIS THEORY. DON'T ASK ME HOW I KNOW WHAT WHAT THE SKULLY LOOKS LIKE LOOKS LIKE EITHER.
No, there were no typos.
This picture actually interested me for a while...
